Pharm D

Programme Overview

Pharm D deals with the study of pharmaceuticals, medicine & drug related practise. The course is divided into 2 stages. The first stage includes academic study. The total duration of this stage is for a period of 5 years. The second stage is the internship and residency training.

Pharm D is a combination of science and art of dispensing medicines. The course provides skills in diagnosis, treatment & selection of disease, therapeutics usages of drugs etc. The Student will perform tasks like monitoring patients, diagnosing the disease. etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have completed 10+2 level of education from any state/national education board.

Must have studied Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Mathematics or Biology as additional subjects.

Candidates having a diploma in pharmacy are also eligible for Pharm D course provided they fulfill all other conditions as well.
