Mechanical Engineering is an engineering branch that combines engineering physics and mathematics principles with materials science to design, analyze, manufacture and maintain mechanical systems. It is also called the Father of Engineering.
The Mechanical Engineering field requires an understanding of core areas including mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidate who has Passed 12th / 2nd PUC / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtain a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics & Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Electronics / Biology / Computers.
Candidate must also qualify in any one of the entrance Exams:
AIEEE / JEE / CET / COMED-K
or any other equivalent entrance examination conducted by recognized Institution / Agency
