INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
& MANAGEMENT

Programme Overview

Industrial Engineering & Management is the stream of Engineering that is concerned with the optimization of complex porcesses, systems, or organizations by developing, improving & implementing integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information & equipment.

This stream develops specialized knowledge and skills in the mathematical, physical and social sciences, together with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design, to specify, predict, and evaluate the results obtained from systems and processes.

Industrial Engineering is assosiated with production engineering that works to improve the overall industrial production by design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and control of all processes in the manufacture of a product.
